Construction Pruning

We have been pruning these trees in Gresham for many years now. We got called out to trim them back due to construction of apartments right on the property line. Of course pruning this much is not ideal for the trees it had to be done. There are better pruning methods available as opposed to having the construction company hack them back to the line.
